Franciszek Labus

Franciszek Labus became a member of the management board of ArcelorMittal Warszawa on January 20, 2025. From February 1, 2025, he will take up the position of Financial Director.
Franciszek Labus is a graduate of the Faculty of Finance at the University of Economics in Katowice. He started his professional career in the FMCG distribution industry, where he served as a controlling specialist. In 2011, he joined the ArcelorMittal Group as Business Division East Controller, responsible for consolidation and controlling for branches in Poland, Eisenhüttenstadt, Ostrava and Galati. In 2016, he was promoted to the position of Controlling Manager within the East Business Division, and since 2019 he has been the Controlling and Reporting Director at ArcelorMittal Poland. In 2019-2020, he was also a member of the management board of Alkat sp. z o. o., representing the interests of ArcelorMittal as a shareholder. Currently, he is in the final stage of obtaining the prestigious ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification. Franciszek Labus has extensive knowledge and experience in the area of finance, controlling and reporting management in international structures.
